Final Payment is due seven days before event

A final guaranteed count,
place cards, (with dinner choices sit down dinners) clearly marked,
seating charts, and special needs are required seven days before event.
You will be responsible for your guaranteed count.
No refunds for No Shows.
If your event exceeds the allotted four hours, a charge will be added to your bill in the amount of $250. per hour for Galaxy Room and $400.00 per hour for Poinciana Room. A final bill will be presented at the end of your event for immediate payment unless otherwise approved prior to event.
Cancellations will not be refunded unless the date is rebooked at an equivalent rate.
